Project Scope

The project comprises of Detail engineering of Piping, Comprehensive 3D modelling and piping stress analysis of Propylene Chiller package.

Development and finalization of engineering deliverables for procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.

Intelligent 3D modelling covering the complete Propylene chiller package unit.

Performed pipe stress analysis considering Thermal expansion and sustained loads, Operating conditions and flexibility requirements.

Major Equipment in the Propylene Chiller package include Compressor skid, Condenser, Economiser, Propylene Chiller, Surge drum, Receiver and other associated equipment covering approximately 28 equipment items and 240 piping lines.

Engineering activities include piping routing, piping layout development, critical line stress analysis, utility integration and multidisciplinary coordination.

Intelligent 3D model utilized for equipment positioning, routing optimization, clash detection, constructability review, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Engineering execution focused on safe operation, optimized plant layout, maintainability, accessibility, structural integrity, and efficient project execution.

Deliverables developed in compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.
