Project Scope

The Project comprises Greenfield engineering of Piping, Piping stress analysis, Electrical & Instrumentation packages to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility while ensuring constructability, maintainability, and optimized plant layout.

• Comprehensive Detail Engineering for Piping& Pipe Stress analysis, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) disciplines.

• Intelligent 3D modelling covering the complete process and utility facility.

• Development and finalization of engineering deliverables for procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.

• Facility comprises approximately 1800+ piping lines integrated with multiple process and utility systems.

• Major facilities include MBB Bromination -Dumping, MBB Drowning – Washing MBB EDC Recovery along with dedicated utilities.

• Engineering activities include piping routing, piping layout development, critical line stress analysis, utility integration and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Intelligent 3D model utilized for equipment positioning, routing optimization, clash detection, constructability review, and interdisciplinary coordination.

• Engineering of Electrical & Instrumentation of all the delivering for procurement, layout & construction.

• Engineering execution focused on safe operation, optimized plant layout, maintainability, accessibility, structural integrity, and efficient project execution.

• Deliverables developed in compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.

Successfully executed multidisciplinary detail engineering covering: Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) of facility with 1800 no. of lines, 280 no. of equipment and plot area 2000 m2.

Developed intelligent 3D model: Clash-free interdisciplinary coordination, Optimized layout and routing and Improved constructability.

Designed and integrated specialized piping systems, including Steam-jacketed piping Carbon steel PTFE-lined piping

Performed detailed piping engineering including Piping layouts and isometric drawings, Material specifications, Piping stress analysis and Pipe support design.
