Project Scope
The project comprises Piping engineering, Piping stress analysis, and intelligent 3D modelling to create a safe, efficient, and operationally reliable process facility.
The scope includes detail engineering for piping systems and stress analysis of lines for the HCL Synthesis Unit Plant. The engineering activities are focused on developing a coordinated and efficient plant design aligned with process requirements, operational safety, and long-term reliability.
The piping engineering scope includes preparation of piping layouts, isometric drawings, material specifications, support engineering, and stress analysis of critical lines to ensure proper flexibility, thermal expansion management, equipment nozzle protection, and safe operation under various operating conditions.
Engineering activities includes detailed design calculations, interdisciplinary coordination, 3D model reviews, constructability assessment, and compliance verification with applicable engineering codes, standards, and project specifications. The overall engineering execution supports smooth fabrication, construction, commissioning, and reliable plant operation with high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance.

Detail Engineering of Piping and Piping Stress Analysis of HCL synthesis unit with 170+ No. of lines, 36 No. of equipment and plot area 240 m2.
Developed intelligent 3D model: Clash-free interdisciplinary coordination, Optimized layout and routing and Improved constructability.
Performed Detailed piping engineering including Piping layouts and isometric drawings, Material specifications and Pipe support design.
Addressed corrosive service requirements (HCL) through proper material selection, CS + PTFE lined Piping.
Conducted pipe stress analysis considering Thermal expansion, Sustained loads and operating and flexibility requirements.
