Project Scope
The project scope comprises of detail piping engineering, comprehensive 3D modelling, Piping stress analysis and Civil and Structural engineering for the Hydrocarbon Flare System.
Detail Engineering for the Flare Package Piping & Stress Analysis involves the comprehensive design, evaluation, and validation of flare system piping to ensure safe and reliable operation under extreme operating and emergency conditions.
The scope includes development of flare area layout, Isometrics, support design along with detailed stress and flexibility analysis considering high temperatures, thermal expansion, wind loads, seismic effects, and dynamic loads from relief scenarios.
The project covers LPG flare with Flare stack, Molecular seal, Flare tip and FFG panel
The project includes a Derrick structure supporting flare system, designed for both functionality and safety to withstand environmental loads such as wind and seismic forces.
Access Platforms, Stairs & Ladders are designed for safe operation, access for inspection and maintenance at elevated heights.
