Project Scope

The project comprises Greenfield multidisciplinary engineering for process facilities, storage systems, utility units, and interconnected offsite pipe rack networks to ensure integrated and efficient plant development.

Development and finalization of engineering deliverables for procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.

Intelligent 3D modelling covering the complete facility mainly includes Chlorine Tonner Shed, Process Building, Product and Toluene Storage Tank Farms, Boiler Unit, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), and the interconnected offsite pipe rack system.

Engineering activities include piping routing, piping layout development, critical line stress analysis, utility integration and multidisciplinary coordination.

Prepared Mechanical data sheets, Specifications, Material requestion, Technical Bid evaluation and vendor drawing review for static and rotary equipment.

Design and engineering of Equipment foundations, Piperack foundations, structural design of G+6 process structures, pipe racks and various structures involved in the projects along with major pipe supports.

Design and engineering of E&I system including preparation of specifications, technical bid evaluation and vendor drawing review.

Engineering execution focused on safe operation, optimized plant layout, maintainability, accessibility, structural integrity, and efficient project execution.

Deliverables developed in compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.

The project is executed through an integrated multi-discipline engineering approach to ensure effective interface management, improved constructability, reduced rework during construction, and smooth commissioning of the plant as a fully coordinated facility.

Key Highlights

Successfully executed Detail engineering of complete facility including Piping, Mechanical, E&I, Civil & Structural, Fire Protection, Intelligent 3D modeling and Piping Stress analysis of facility with 1500 no. of lines, 230 no. of equipment and plot area (27 m × 36 m).

Engineered process facility D2BC1 plant G+6 with height 35 m. and Footprint area (27 m × 36 m).

Provided Procurement assistance to client by floating the enquiry to vendors and getting the offers from vendors and technical Bid evaluation. Post order coordination with vendor along with vendor drawing approval.

Engineered key facility areas including Chlorine Tuner Shed, Process Building, Storage Tank Farm & Toluene Storage, Boiler Unit & Water Treatment Plant and Offsite Piperack's.

Designed and integrated fire protection systems, including Fire water network Hydrants, monitors, and sprinkler systems and Protection for storage tanks and process areas.
