Project Scope

Project involves the development of a comprehensive and intelligent 3D plant model and Detail Engineering Design phase. The modelling based on approved engineering inputs to create a fully integrated digital representation of the facility, enabling multidisciplinary coordination, design validation, and construction support.

Executed complete 3D modelling of the VPSA Plant in based on approved Detail Engineering documents.

Developed piping specifications and catalogues to ensure standardized and code-compliant modelling of all piping components.

Created a fully integrated intelligent 3D model covering:

• Process and utility equipment.

• Structural steel platforms and pipe racks.

• Process and utility piping systems.

• Pipe supports and support steel.

• Online and inline instruments.

• Local control panels.

• Cable trays and routing systems.

• Junction boxes and field instrument supports.

• Lifting arrangements and maintenance facilities.

• Safety equipment and miscellaneous items.

Modelled all systems using engineering inputs such as: P&IDs, Equipment layouts, Equipment General Arrangement drawings, Piping Material Specifications (PMS), Valve Material Specifications (VMS), Civil and structural drawings, Instrument hook-up drawings, Cable tray layouts, Junction box location drawings.
